I refer to anxiety as the bully that lives in your brain telling you all kinds of self-defeating and scary messages. Anxiety shows up in the body and mind.

Have you ever experienced:

  • Thoughts that go on a seemingly never-ending loop.

  • Sweating and shallow-breathing or feeling pressure in your chest.

  • Thoughts that cause your stomach or head to hurt when the fears come up

  • Difficulty staying focused

  • Fatigue that persists and rest doesn’t seem to help

This combination of mind and body symptoms can you leave you tired in a way more sleep doesn’t seem to fix. Often, people try for years to cope and deal with anxiety on their own. The isolation will often make things more difficult.

Whatever your experience with anxiety is, therapy can help.

I teach and support you through self-management practices, recognizing and challenging pesky thoughts, and sometimes a referral for supplements or medication support.
