You don't have to offer intensives to help your clients benefit from them.
If you are a therapist who believes your clients would benefit from Intensives, I am here to help! It can be hard to refer clients to people who you have never met! However, the good news is, I have been working with clients referred by other therapists for years, having done over 60 one-on-one intensives since 2022. I am not here to take your clients but to compliment your weekly therapy work, making me an ally rather than competition. One client mentioned how they were able to, “return to therapy with renewed momentum.” I have never had an adverse outcome or dissatisfied client post-Intensive at the 30-day followup call.
In order to see if your client would benefit from an Intensive, see the Good Candidates section below.
How the Referral Process Works
My goal is to complement—not replace—the work you are already doing with your client.
When appropriate, I collaborate with referring therapists to better understand the client's goals and needs prior to the intensive. Following the intensive, I can provide recommendations and observations that may help support your continued work together.
Many clients return to their referring therapist after the intensive with new insights, momentum, and progress that can be built upon in ongoing therapy.
I value the relationship you have established with your client and strive to serve as a trusted partner in their care.
